Does Mail-Organiser read my emails?
No. Mail-Organiser classifies emails using metadata only — sender address, subject line, and basic structural signals. We never send email body content to any AI model. Your email content stays in Microsoft's infrastructure.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the task pane or by emailing support@mail-organiser.com. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens after my free trial?
After 7 days, your account remains active but scans are paused until you choose a paid plan. Your folders and settings are preserved. No charge is ever made without your explicit consent.
What's a "scan"?
Each time Mail-Organiser analyses an email to classify it into a category, that counts as one scan. You can scan 25, 50, 100, or 200 emails in a single batch. Protected emails (banking, health) are scanned but never moved.
Is my data stored in the UK?
Mail-Organiser uses Cloudflare's edge infrastructure with EU/UK data residency. We are registered in England and Wales (BakersGuild Limited) and fully GDPR compliant. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
