Summary: Use Mail-Organiser lawfully and as intended. We provide the service in good faith. Neither party is liable for consequential losses. UK law governs this agreement.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mail-Organiser service (the "Service"), operated by BakersGuild Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales ("Company", "we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Mail-Organiser is a Microsoft Outlook add-in that uses artificial intelligence to classify and organise emails. The Service accesses email metadata through the Microsoft Graph API and classifies emails into categories. The Service does not read, store, or transmit the content (body) of your emails.
Key service features include:
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
The Service requires you to authenticate via your Microsoft account. Your use of Microsoft services is governed by Microsoft's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for Microsoft's services or any limitations they impose.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must notify us immediately at security@mail-organiser.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information updated.
Mail-Organiser is offered on a subscription basis. Current plans and pricing are available at mail-organiser.com/pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with 600 scans. The trial begins when you first connect your Microsoft account. No credit card is required for the trial period. After the trial, your account remains active but scans are paused until you select a paid plan.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Refund requests must be submitted to support@mail-organiser.com within 14 days of the charge.
Each plan includes a monthly scan quota. Unused scans do not roll over to the next month. If you exceed your quota, scans will be paused until the quota resets at the start of your next billing period.
You agree not to use the Service to:
See our full Acceptable Use Policy for additional detail.
All intellectual property in the Service, including but not limited to software, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and content, is owned by or licensed to BakersGuild Limited. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You retain all rights to your email data and account data. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not claim any ownership over your emails or email metadata.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. AI classification may occasionally produce incorrect results.
While we take extensive precautions (including the no-auto-action policy), we are not liable for any emails that are moved, misclassified, or otherwise affected by use of the Service. We strongly recommend reviewing scan results before approving any bulk action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK law that cannot be excluded by contract.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BakersGuild Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time through the Service settings or by emailing support@mail-organiser.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we are required to do so by law. We will give reasonable notice where possible, except where immediate termination is necessary to protect the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Data Retention Policy. Billing records will be retained as required by law.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in Northern Ireland or Scotland, you may also have rights under the laws of those jurisdictions.
